Working on another baby blanket. This time knit instead of crochet. Love the cables. I think this will take forever but it sure is pretty.
One toddler sock cast off. Little tiny picot bind off, I love the little frilly edge it makes.
Finished my handspun shawl. It took blocking it to within an inch of its life to make it look good. But it really is pretty now. Free pattern was found here http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/blt-scarf-shawl
Made this as a christmas gift.
Just finally remembered to post it!
Found pattern here http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/hey-assbutt
Finished Tempe’s bonnet. It’s perfect, tied shut I imagine it is very warm! This kid hates to wear things on her head, but hates being cold even more. So warm is most important. I like the bonnet style because it can’t droop and cover her eyes. And I can tie it and then she can pull it off like a hood. Pattern found here http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/blue-bonnet
Working on a bonnet type hat for the munchkin.
Finished my diamond cowl (pattern on ravelry) I love how it turned out. I used patons classic wool dk. This used one skein exactly. I did cut the pattern repeat a little short so I didn’t run out but I don’t think that changed the over all look much. It’s really surprisingly warm with all the yarn overs and such. Great extra layer.
Newest project. Going to gift this to someone I believe. The free pattern was found on ravelry. (Diamond cowl)
And the ruffle skirt is complete! And she loves it, taking a decent photo was impossible as she kept dancing to make it flounce and twirl. It is the perfect tutu. Free pattern here http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/starbella-ruffle-skirt
That awkward moment, when you are between new projects and don’t know what to start. Even worse you are going some where you will be bored and need something. So you just pack a bag of a ton of needles and a bunch of yarn. Just in case.
